    Just a little heads-up...................
    I'm going to be out of the loop for awhile. There won't be any updates for at least the next 10 days. I going off-shore to babysit a helicopter for the next week, after which me and the wife are going to take a little vacation when I get in.
    Seems to be a good time since PB will be coming out with that update any day now. I'll get in and make changes as needed when it's out.
    Also...........................................
    Any ideas for a name of the site? I'm hoping to get a domain name when it's all said and done. Just having trouble coming up with a name.
    Any and all suggestions will be considered.

    I have actually started it. I have most of the units from Byzantium, Germany and Venice already up. It's taken a week just to get this far, so I want to make sure there is an interest before I commit any further.

    The site is at http://www.mtw2.nosaintshistory.com. Right now it's a sub-domain of another site I have. If things do go well, I'll get a separate domain, but for now, I just want to see what you think of what I've got up now. I've got some ideas for some things, like making it easier to navigate around, but right now I'd just like to concentrate on getting info up for the units.
    Don't pay any attention to the opening page though, I plan on changing that in the near future. Right now I'm concerned with the unit-info pages.
    Oh, please keep in mind, I'm not a professional web designer. I just play around with HTML as a hobby. I'm open to any advice or criticisms, just be nice!
    So go ahead and check it out. Let me know what you think.

    Awesome job on this.

    I've found that HRE is missing Zweihanders (the castle pros). I'll check for anymore (I'm playing France right now, so I'll see if anything is missing from the late rosters when I get that far).

    I think Santiago Knights come with a guild. I plan on covering guilds separately. As far as Aventuros, I'll add that soon.


    Ok, back in the saddle.
    I did the Spanish units in another format. I link to it from the main page, so just go check it out and let me know what you think.
    Also a couple of questions:

    1) Where are the images for buildings located?
    2) Under what entry in the EDU.txt are the new peasants? I can't find anything that corresponds to what is shown in the game.

    just saw the update, it say and contain genoa, not spain...

    btw does hungarian royal banderium really have 5 hitpoints??? that would make it the toughest unit in the game

    great, and it would be helpful if you could include :

    a. where does a unit come from (cities/castles)
    b. building(s) requirements
    c. date/era/event requirements
    d. replace / replaced by what after certain date

    Ok, here's a problem I've been running into since the latest compilation update.

    Sword Militia, Spain.
    I assume the correct entry in the EDU is Swordsmen_Militia.


    To me, what the game shows for ATTACK and CHARGE doesn't jive with the EDU or am I just looking at something wrong?

    Nice to hear you are back at it! Great work on the site.

    Noticed some problems with some of the rosters.

    1) Cursader States are where I have noticed the most errors so far, as I primarily play them, England, TO, and the Roman Empire.

    - Units that are not part of roster:
    Pilgrims
    Crusader Seargents
    Crusader Knights
    Armenians of Cilicia
    Syrian Auxilliaries (Locals)

    -Units missing from Roster:
    Templar Zweihanders
    Templar Connfere Knights (sp?)
    Dismounted French Archers
    Templar Heavy Spearmen
    Pikemen (not sure but are in custom battle)

    2) Lithuania

    -Missing religous units

    3) Crown of Aragon

    -Missing Gendarms, Men at arms (used to be Aramats, but I think they still have them)

    Great work, and keep it up, people have been waiting a long time for a great site like this for RR/RC

    The new look is fine except you could separate the stats in some places (just like in the old look) to make it look more coherent. Also the text font is a bit small but it looks better after hitting Ctrl+scroll up once.

    Spear Militia.
    From what I'm reading in the export_descrip_buildings.txt file, I assume they are available from a Garrison quarters until the heavy mail event.... as per this entry:

    But I'm seeing something about the Mason's Guild and New Era Begins in some other entries.
    What's that about?

    And Germany gets a +1 on experience?


    EDIT: Ok, just played through the Heavy Mail & New Era begins events and Spear Militia are still available.
    What am I reading wrong??

    There's probably another entry somewhere, with the Heavy Mail event trigged, that contains another availability settings - so once the Heavy Mail event triggers, the new EDB entry takes over, and Spear Militias recruitability are probably lowered after that.

    Depends on faction, Italian factions get them earlier.

    Could someone explain to me this entry in the export_descr_buildings.txt:

    recruit_pool "Toxotae" 1 0.5 4 0 requires factions { byzantium, } and not event_counter new_era_begins 1




    at first glance, it looks to me like Toxatae are available when the New Era event happens ( I know they are available much sooner) and then when the New Era event happens they are no longer available.
