    Ok, Made a little progress.
    I think I've got all the German units up. If someone who is familiar with the Holy Roman Faction could check it out I'd sure appreciate it.
    what I need looked at is the buildings and events and how they effect unit recruitment. I'm sure anyone whose looked at the data files will agree that the export_descr_buildings.txt file is extremely difficult to figure out. Just make sure I've got right.

    Cool. Nice work. It looks like the Gilitines(sp) Chosen are missing from Lithuania.

    As I've said before, the file that contains most of the info for buildings and events is VERY lengthy and just as hard to follow.

    I haven't gotten around to "completing" Portugal or Spain yet, but it's never too early to start.

    What I'm doing is this:
    I've edited the events.txt file so all the events [that I can find] that create or eliminate units happen in the first 20 turns. Then I fire up a campaign and using various cheats, build up a castle and city to the highest level population and buildings to see what units are available. Actually, I've noticed that just doing it like this will display at least half of the given units of a faction. Some factions much more. I then "play" the game with the edited events happening with each successive turn to figure out what units are created or eliminated.
    Like I said, I've figured that after about 20 turns of this, I should be able to see the total progression.

    I can hear many of you saying, "Why don't you just use the export_descr_buildings.txt file??"
    I guess the bottom line is, it's easier for me to grasp what's going on doing it like I am, though I'm getting a little more familiar with the EDB.txt.

    - you could use Viking_Huskarl_Axemen.rar for the bigger unit picture in case you
    are not going for a 1:1 copy of the RR/RC version. First of the 3 variants is currently in 6.3 (fixes).

    Those are nice pics, but I'm really trying to keep everything just like what's in the game.
    But if this ever gets brought over to 6.3, that image will definitely be used.

    Got some questions about Halberd Militia..................................
    If I'm reading the EBU right, they are available after the New Era event in Militia Drill squares for Sicily, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Novgorod & Kiev. But in these same factions, they can be recruited in City Watches following the Full Plate Event.

    Scotland can make them in Army Barracks after the First Watch event.
    Spain, Aragon & Portugal can make them in Army Barracks after the Full Plate event.
    And available in England with a Royal Armoury after the Pike and Shot event.

    Do I have this right???

    Sounds about right, Spain, Aragon & Portugal concentrate more on Swordsmen militia and pike units before the ratio of swordsmen drops and they start to use more polearms.

    In the Portuguese Faction it still missed the military unit "Aventureiro".

    Information about particular event which makes possible to recruit specific unit would be a great addition. For example: to recruit pike/halbader militia event new era begins must be triggered.
