Dear Diary
My name is Arthur Weslley most knowed as The Duke of Wellington.
I got orders from the Coaliaton to give the starting kick off and
to liberate Bretagne in Europe from that French Rats.
This will work in a two front war against that so called Napoleon
Resulting in some space to manouver in East Europe by trying to get Napoleon's Attention

Early March 1805

As the Coaliation requested im now in direction to Bretagne.
Being in a Royal Navy's Ship when crossing the Channel gives me more safety.

Late March 1805

Finally after 2 weeks on the sea i landed on Bretagne once a great nation now
opressed by those French Scum.
Taking no time i attack the settlement.

Late March second week 1805

I was surprised by the scouts reports
Apparently only mob secured the settlement
How could Napoleon do this mistake?
I'll got to find it out later...The drums are already rolling and the men are gathering
To WAR!!And may the Royal Family be with us!

Late March 1805
The Army marched into the Battlefield.
We were far outnumbered but their army lacked in ammo and quality.The most certain scenario was a win for the Coaliaton
The Tactics were simple positioning the artillery in both flanks would give extreme firepower.The infantry stayed hidden in the
Forrest and me and my bodyguard were the bait. My cavalry was too busy protecting my artillery.So if anything went wrong
i was on my one.

My tactics were rigth the young and unexperienced French General fell into my trap.But he managed
to make my artillery busy with 2 units attacking wich made me and my infatry be without Artillery support.

Late March 1805
My cannons shreded to parts the 2 units attacking.
Giving the opurtunity to bombard the main French
Army.My infatry got finally artillery support which
came handy.

At the final hour of the battle only the French general and his unit
weren't routing.

The remaining French routed when their general was hit by a Three-Round-Shot by my Artillery,after that my cavalry
chased them down.

At last victory was mine and only with 105 losses but above all.The Coaliaton finally had room to breathe.

Late May 1805
Nearly a month later, giving time for the city to rebuild,I The Duke of Wellington liberate the town of Bretagne and give about
1500 gold coins so that they can rebuilt their economies.I wanted to be more but that's all i was authorised to give.
Now we must hope for the best and march to conquer Caen and who knows... maybe Holland will fall to the Coaliaton!

Started a new campaign and tried to start from where i was but the date is VERY DIFFERENT!

Early February 1806
Almost 1 Year after my last entry many things have changed.
Holland and Brussels have been a death-stalking land.General Townshield has taken
Brussels and Holland in only two months liberating both of them!
The only problem is that The Prussians and The Danish have allied with The Ottomans
and now Brussels and Holland have been ocuppied by this monsters.The Danish have been blocking our
sea trade routes with Russia.
Im glad that Russia Has get rid with The Danish treath in the Northern Sea.
But now even the Ottomans treath has arrived in our Homeland The Ottomans have launched a large army
The Luck was on our side however, two large armies were leaving for the Re-Liberation of Brussels and Holland
But the news only arrived to one of the Admirals, The other one had already set-sail.
My hope now is the army made of militia and my army that i myself trained for about 6 months.
Already sorrounded them by giving them no oppurtunity to escape either by sea or land.

Good story, sir. Interesting to see the Ottomans invading Wales in your campaign too. In my AAR, they invaded Scotland.

Indeed, old chap! I've had a French Invasion of London and Ireland + that Turkish invasion in Scotland. Good show.

Late February 1806
As expected The Turks put under siege the population of Cardiff in Wales Region.
Such behaviour can not be tolerated.Already sent a runner with a message to the Militia army
which in that message are some information about The Ottomans Army gathered by ours Spies.
With the help of the city and the militia The Turks will be crushed...That's no other chance to them!


At end with our superior army and quality we won the battle.
It was a very easy battle an "cherry in the top of the cake"
Very simple tactics,Semi-Square with artillery in the ends that reinforced each flank
The reinforcements only were used for chassing down the routing units.
