    I thought this thread would be useful for people to share the information on the uniforms of this little-known unit in Napoleon's army.

    As for the Légion Portugaise (portuguese legion), it was created after the invasion of Portugal in 1807 by Général Junot.
    And composed of:
    * 5 infantry reg.
    * 1 chasseurs à pied bat.
    * 3 cavalry reg.
    * 1 chasseurs à cheval squad.
    * 1 artillery reg.

    It was especially present at the battles of Wagram, Smolensk, Witepsk and Moskowa.
