Don`t know. Maybe a brighter template.. Or maybe the ancillaries should be "outlined" with black or something.

Don`t get me wrong, the template looks good.. But things like the sling or the staff (Especially since parts of it are at the very edge.) might be hard to recognize.

    Name: Horsemaster
Description: This person is always mounted or on a chariot, and will never be seen on foot. This means that he's very manouverable and can check upon his ranks during battle and travel great distances on conquests.
Factions: Pretty much all I suppose. Perhaps more so to those factions who rely on chariots.
Effect/Bonus: +1 command, increased movement points.
Trigger: Through distant conquests I suppose.
    Comments: Not really.

So if there are not facts and we will rely only on ours imagine,I think it would be right not to do things which can be wrong.

    Name: Ark of the Covenant
Description: The fabled relic of the Hebrew people. It is said that when they first entered Canaan, the waters of the river Jordan fled and mounted up as a wall while the israelites passed on dry ground. Dauntless indeed, or perhaps foolish is the man to hold such a relic. For it is said that those who touch it or look inside are often stricken dead or cursed with plagues.
Factions: Kingdom of Judah- but it should be transferable upon the death (peaceful or otherwise) of the possessing general.
Effect/Bonus: +4 Dread, +3 Piety, +2 Loyalty, +1 Command. 10% chance of producing a plague each turn if general is not from the Kingdom of Judah.
Trigger: General spends some time in Jerusalem, is transferred to another general, or acquires it from defeating another general in battle.

    Name: Salukis
Description: One of the first domesticated dogs, the saluki is commonly found throughout the fertile crescent and is highly prized for their stamina and hunting skills. Often accorded places of honor not normally accredited to others of their kind, they are a symbol of status, and are well taken care of. It is even reported that they are mummified along with their masters in places such as Egypt and Kush. This general has been gifted his pack of hunting saluki by the king himself. Such small tokens of his masters love shall not go unnoticed.
    Factions: All-
    Effect/Bonus: +1 Popularity, +1 loyalty.
Trigger: Possibility of receiving after a prolonged stay at the capital

    Name: Pair of Falcons
Description: Falconry has been a popular sport and pass-time among the noble classes of the middle east since the times of King Sargon II. The eggs and chicks are rare finds, and as such are often very expensive to acquire. Due to the expense, time, and space required to train and raise such animals they are often reserved only for the nobility. This General has been gifted this pair of falcons by the crown. Such gifts show the continued love and support of the ruler, and shall not go unnoticed.
    Factions: All-
    Effect/Bonus: +1 loyalty, +1 command
Trigger: 30% chance after victory in battle
