I have a year and a half in experience coding in C++ and Java (Third year CS student). Also I'd like to add that I've modded c&c generals before (I know TW will be different but just to point out that I am no 'virgin to game modding')
I have an enormous amount of information regarding the phoenicians so if you haven't developed that faction yet, I'd be more than happy to design it all by myself. I know most names of the Phoenician kings (Hiram, Eshmunazer, tabnit etc) that have ruled the city states (Bayrut, Tsidon, Tsur, Gebel, Sarafand..), weapons used by their armies, battles occurred etc (Reason is I am a native of Lebanon so reading about the ancient era of my country is sort of a hobby of mine).
So in short, I've read you're looking for coders for the mod and I'm very interested in helping you guys out.

ps I know some Phoenician expressions so I won't mind doing voice impressions of them.

My schoolwork is already suffering greatly under my modding work and I don't get too much work done anyway
