Here's a link on how to make a Cursor for your games. It's a 6 page tutorial, teaching everything you need to make a little piece of art which can enhance your games.

haven't checked it yet but I think a cursor tuto is much appreciated

Does it show how to make the actual cursor or just how to implement it ?

Both. =) It includes a link to a free program on how to create the .cur and .ani files, and how to place them in game.

It helps as well if you have Photoshop or Gimp etc - so I've included a link to the latter, being free.
