    Pozdrav ljudi!

I start this thread because I wanted to put together all pictures of medieval balkan warriors into one whole. Some of this pictures have already been seen on this forum, and some are not.

I hope that I do not "take away" a precious space on this forum, but I hope that this pictures will help you.

    (Sorry for my english)

Cool pix mate, I recognise some of them from the Osprey books and one from the Ian Heath book Armies of the Middle Ages. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if Albania will be a faction in the game...although some mercenary units would be cool

Itīs true Albania wonīt be included as playable faction, but that doesnīt bother me because I will post here pictures of various balkan nations, playable or not.

sry mate, but i had to delete those images. osprey pics and other stuffs are not allowed by TWC terms and conditions.
better make some private forum, and post link. TWC doesn't allow pics from books that are in retail

It's a good idea, IMO, but it would be better if you put the pics in spoilers.
Also, not sure, but isn't the "Charles of Topia" pic actually a Serbian infantryman, while the Charles of Topia was actually the right-most figure on the plate (I don't have it before me now, so I'm going by memory).

for sure it`s a great idea.
    @matija
and also, one of the pictures were presenting byzantine/bulgarian spearman
anyways, i'll try asking moderators for one more sub-forum for these pics, but it has to be with password and with small group of people allowed

    pictures deleted because of Copyright

    Phoenix:
mate, i'm not joking, this is not allowed, especially pictures from Osprey books. If i don't delete it, Tsardoms: Total War sub-forum will be pretty much in trouble

What about uploading pictures to Photobucket account and posting a link. Would discussion about them be allowed here?
edit: to make it clear, I mean posting a link to photobucket album or account where pictures are located, not on a picture itself.
    Has signatures turned off.

as i suggest, better to make private sub-forum on twc, and give password to all that what to be in "Medieval Balkan Armies" project. if you ask me, i totally support this! i even want to do some projects about balkan with people from TWC. just let me contact administrators for sub-forum

it would be the same as putting rapidshare link with game/book/movie etc. and say "i have no problems with it, i just put link, nothing more, blame it on rapidshare"
    it's spreading an illegal material

Well there is a thread were some links for some books with those armies in them...
So you could check for those and take a gander...

As for what nation I would go for?
The Serbs of course... I have to indulge my Slavic side after all...
That and my Scottish side doesn't have a very large presence in the Balkans after all...
