How to invite romance to your quarters?

Oddly enough Kelly is the only one I haven't been able to get into my quarters.
You just gotta talk to them and do their loyality quests.

I've tried to ask tali (finished story) but she only says: "I want to feel you skin againsts mine...are you still inderested?" nothing else.

Right, time to clarify, I guess.
To get a love interest into your quarters:
- Finish the respective romance (i.e. have the scene when embarking on the Suicide Mission).
- Choose to continue the game after you finished it.
- Go to your quarters.
- Take a close look near your usual personal message computer, there's an intercom next to it.
- Using that intercom will call your respective love interest into the cabin.

If you want Kelly:
- Don't romance anyone. It might be sufficient to just deny the last love scene but I'm not sure about that.
- Complete Kelly's little sub-plot (invite her to dinner and all that) and save her from the Collectors.
- The other steps are the same as with the actual romances.

Maybe for the female version, Garrus can do something similar. You know, so we lose all respect for him.

There is no way I can lose respect for Garrus although I'm sure some other confusing emotions might arise at the display.
