Hello everyone,

Firstly, I'd like to express my appreciation,admiration, and thanks to all the modders for making NTW so much better than the vanilla version shipped by CA.

I'd be grateful if you would tell me how I can change the icon titles on two of the BRITISH UNITS :

"Line Infrantry" and " Dragoons(heavy cavalry)" to "27th" Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers and "6th" Inniskilling Dragoons"?

Also, how can I edit the amount of the 'funds' allowance in the "Battles" setup in order to increase the largest amount? , and,

Is it possible to play the NAPLEON'S BATTLES, not only from Napolen's point of view but also from the opponents as well (not at the same time of course!), eg: Wellington(as in the case of WATERLOO)?

I will add them to the list of fully new units independent of base release units and not just clones, Max666 and I are working on, will try and get you a quickie in the next few days to keep you happy till we release something more substantial.
For example shako plates as near accurate per specific unit as much as we can find sources for.
We hope much more but we are still untying the gordian knot that is NTW.
Meanwhile Bart is quite quick at the cloned units method he might well oblige.

I know you can change units, but I don't know how. Try the modding tutorials, it should be in there. (I think you have to copy/paste the units into a new slot to create a new unit, then rename them. Something like that anyhow.)
On the historical battles, there is a way, it's just obscure. (Silly CA!)
Go to multiplayer list, then lan battles, then historical battles. Choose which battle/team you want, then fill in the rest with AI! You now have a single player historical battle as whoever you want!

Thanks to you and Max666 for including these units in your new mod ,I look forward to it! The very best of luck to both of you for the amount of work that you are putting into this.

I'm surprised by the lack of attention to detail,ie a proper OOB for Waterloo for example,shown by CA;but for the efforts of yourselves and the other nodders on this site,the game would be dead in the water.

These are basic at the moment will be modifying the textures and then releasing a few soon I hope.
So far we have 10 units most UK and Fr, as thats our favs but we'll expand to more factions.
I'll be off for a day or 2 so be patient with us.
