how do I rename factions? and rebels associated with them?

I want to rename Great Britain and British rebels to England and English rebels, to go with the Wales faction i created and Scotland and Ireland that are no longer emergeant on my game.

how do i do that?

Not too hard to this,First you need a PFM (look around) then with this tool go to local_en.pack -> text -> localisation.loc export it as TSV (the button is on your up right )
sort it in alphabetic order by excel and then save it.After that go to patch_en.pack -> text -> localisation.loc import the TSV you've just save.finally edit what you need in that

look for the group that start with "f" the rest you should know

thanks, do I just edit localised strings? instead of British i change it to English? and that should work?
