Title says it all.
I'm also looking for a good timeline of the War, from the French invasion to the offense over the Pyrenese.
Thanks.

A list and description of some battles, it doesn't mention the ones on France like Toulouse and as Oman is a source it;s bound to be rather pro British (for a change lol)Nor any Spanish battles mentioned

More detail on Spanish here

Google Spanish guerrillas Peninsula War gives a lot of sites
unfortunately most of the detail on Spanish battles and guerrillas is on Spanish language sites

Not so much a timeline but useful information on Guerrillas.
Kreuz, that's jacked you have to pay for that full article.
Now I'm looking for the details about Bailen, it's location in Spain and how the Spanish won.

Other than Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_...urther_reading I suggest you look at http://www.napoleon-series.org/milit...enmemoirs.html which is the translation of an anonymous eyewitness account from the Spanish side. From the French side see Fregate Capitan Baste's memoirs at http://www.napoleon-series.org/milit...e/c_baste1.htm - Baste was in charge of the Marins de la Garde.
Reasonable descriptions can be found Chapter 4 The battle of Bailen in "Battle studies in The Peninsula" by Richard Partridge & Michael Oliver which also has a reasonale order of battle; and Chapter 2 Reaping the Whirlwind in David Gates' "The Spanish Ulcer" .
