Artillery Won't Shoot?

Hiya,

I have a custom artillery unit that, half the time, will not shoot. The little guys rotate the gun to the proper direction, and the guy that's supposed to set the charge off just.. well he twitches in place and never fires.

Any idea what is going on here?

Some times it can be due to terrain. For example if there's a slight elevation in the ground before the cannon so he can't shoot directly at the target, it can happen. Don't know if this applies to you though.
