how to add spies/scholars to ottomans

ive noticed that ottomons cant spawn spies or scholars- does anyone know how i can remedy this?

Use the PFM and edit the buildings factionwide effects and buildings effects table. You have to make a new row for both which you must add in the spawn rate and the agent cap. I did this for missionaries.

You added missionaries in NTW? I wonder what else you can add?

Only question is are there any models for em....

If u add an agent that hasnt got a model id say the game will crash when they spawn like in ETW
