I have Conrad Totman's "Tokugawa Ieyasu: Shogun", but off the top of my head I think that's it.

    Japanese coins

Maybe you could use this as another resource upgrade:

Japan was blessed with an abundant supply of gold and silver, and the introduction in 1533 of a refining technique called haifuki (the use of ash to remove lead from metals and refine metal quality) further expanded production. Gold and silver coins, which originally circulated in chunks called nerikin and haifuki -gin, respectively, were eventually melted down and shaped into bars or plates for convenient transportation and storage.

Perhaps this could be an event for you to add into the game..

    Hideyoshi's coin an interesting read

    Silver mines and other metals

Map from the site above.. good for coal and other resource locations

More on the Iwami silver mine

Another good resource people should be looking for would be Sake brewing.. I am trying but can't seem to find many locations of Feudal breweries.
