win7 64 is the most stable and the best windows for this game. You can download and install rivatuner (GPU) and speedfan (CPU) to check the temps, I really think your problem is with dust accumulation, so take a look at the fans and specially your GPU

Your dxdiag says you have Win 7 Ultimate 32bit. It comes with the 64bit dvd in the same package. XP has an old fmemory manager for the way this game uses memory. To take advantage of your 4gigs, you need a 64bit system. The game can and will use it.

I use many mods: Mod_NTF_Main.pack , NTW_Remix.pack , Radious_buildings.pack , Radious_FBR.pack , Radious_Limit_Upkeep.pack , and two music mods too. I don't think so, there is dust problems because all other games works perfectly.

I know that they should use same tutorial, but i tried and its say something different. I install 7, 64-bit soon tomorrow or today, I think.
This is my first problem with some game btw. And in multiplayer campaign, Me and my friend, we cant play battles, desync comes after some minutes,
if he playes AI side or me then. But we tried to play both of us armies, I was French and he was Prussian and its worked perfectly in campaign.

I'm going to assume you have tried removing your mods, then reinstalling them one at a time to find if there is a conflict...I had CTDs going in to battle when I put in one mod too many.
