Bill X: Global Moderation Act
For the purposes of the Triumvirate section of the Syntagma a Global Moderator is someone who wielded Praetor powers under the old Republic of the 1st to 3rd Triumvirate, or someone who wielded Prefect Powers under the 4th Triumvirate, or someone who has been a site administrator.

Voted no. I think a more flexible implementation would be better―something along the lines of "anyone who has served as a forum administrator or the rank immediately inferior to the lowest-level administrator rank".
