Mist weather effects in NTW

I've searched and searched but can't find out how to get rid of Mist completely. Used Pack File Manager and looked at 'landbattle' file but can't find it. Isn't it just a matter of changing a default number to '0'? It's nothing to do with any normal in-game options or preference.script file changes. FInding articles on this site is nasty since we can't use advanced search to narrow down what game (forum) you want the info for.

After much searching and testing..it is purely a matter of changing 'Shader Model 3' to Shader Model 2. Much better for Low Gfx MP games.
