    Default I have a couple of questions and suggestions if I may?

    As somebody who plays a lot of mods for online custom battles there are two things that stand out which for me defines a great mod from a good mod.

    One of the biggest reasons why people don’t play a particular mod is compatibility. I am referring to the map.rwm file. I don’t know enough about it to tell you why it happens but there are some mods out there where it’s not an issue and some it is an issue.

    The other thing I would like to talk to you about is the General unit. Some mods don’t include any General unit in their order of battle (in other words no F-key to try and rally troops for particular factions.

    I also have a request; would it be possible to examine the possibility of there being at least two types of General units for any one faction to pick from. I would like to see one mounted on horse or some form of conveyance and one on foot just to give players an option. Obviously the special rally ability for both.

    Was there any thought put into the amount of custom maps that will be available to choose from?

    As a side note I think it’s going to be a phenomenal mod and could you post something on YouTube when the graphics are set up for the Roman for throwing the Plumbata under hand. Very cool!

    excellent ideas, i will look into these, and yes, the IBUR video will include the underhand animation, which i dont know if its done yet

    The thing is about generals, this would have absolutely no effect in campaign, as that is impossible, and might have to only be for custom battles.

    Exactly, I only play online custom battles. One more thing I forgot to mention is with this mod once complete have an installer.

    One thing that I noticed works well with the new RSII mod is the “Delete map.rwm” button. Everybody already knows that if there is no compatibility all the work on custom battles is for nothing.

    Do you know yet if this idea will be implemented?

    The EB: Novus Ordo Mundi team plan on borrowing the graphics from the RSII team with permission of course.

    Has this idea been discussed with this mod?

    I am hoping for lots of maps for custom battles, I know that there are a lot of mods out there that will share all you have to do is ask.

    your off by about....200-300 years on that one. So no, there will not as the arabs will not be featured as a faction.

    Guys the mod is falling apart. I've pulled the team back together for one final push to try and break the barriers and bring productivity to the table, but we need large-scale support. Without enough real support this mod has been falling apart for 5 months.

    I'm fresh out of Ideas. We need your Ideas and help to put this mod back together.

    Not necessarilly a merger no, we just need more people, a refresh. I've been tiring the team out because we don't have people to alternate except freelancer tex and hannibalcaesar

    In BI v1.6, particularly in my v0.3 MMFa's mod, there are 2 recrutable general units

    It's not that hard...
