Succession AAR?

What do you think of succession AAR? One player - one king, king dies - next player is in charge.
Faction... well, if there would be any volunteers to play then we could vote.

Sounds interesting to me, and sounds like it can add quite a bit of realism and twists! Not two players are going to play the same, just as no two faction leaders rule the same. One may focus on economic stability/power while another on military, while a third might try to find a nice median between the two.
