Vertical Sync?

How do u keep Vertical Sync turned on as every time i start the game its turned off again.

have you read-only locked your preferences.script file to free up your camera? if you did, your vid preferences will revert whenever you reload. If that is the case, un-read-only, load NTW, change your Vsynch, exit, lock the pref script file again, then go into NTW. If that doesn't work, I'm at a loss.
