    Ok thanks for the answer ,i will try the UPC
    For the shako ,too bad , that no tool is released ...
    an idea, can't you use the shako of 5th hussar(dlc) which is reddish, to do the Honour guards one ? this shako has wrong visor at the rear, but its a possible solution

    Hi bar07,

    I have no additional units with France or the UK.

    I did this:

    put the packs files in your data folder edit your user.script.txt (add this two line) :
    mod "Bart07modvanilla.pack";
    mod "unit_pack_compatibility_project_napoleon_v1_4.pack";


    This is nothing special, I did so with almost all other mods.

    But for some reason with yours I got no change... means no any additional units.

    Any idea ?

    You can :
    - check the pack name "Bart07modvanilla.pack"; Otherwise, if the name is not good, i believe NTW CTD.
    - change the position of the mod in the user.script.txt. Last and first position.
    - try the pack alone; (conflict with another mod ; it will be surprising... i used new entries for each datas.) But...
    - attach the user.script.txt in your next post (I will have a look on it).

    I have searched my entire C:drive and there is no file named user.script.txt anywhere. I do have a file named preferences.script.txt in my user folder. Is that it? I have unhidden all folders and files, so it is not hiding.

    Also, could someone who speakes English as a first language, and who understands the installation process, please give us a step by step guide?

    I mean no disrespect to bar07, it is just hard for someone who does not understand the process to figure it out while sorting out the grammer too. I admire your work bar07 and your ability to speak English as well as you do. Unfortunately the only language I speak is the American version of English, and I am not able to figure this thing out.

    Scripts file you will find:
    1. step:
    search and than type in %Appdata%

    2. step:
    Then klick on roaming/creative assembly/Napoleon/scirpts

    3. step:
    open users.script and copy paste following into it

    mod "Bart07modvanilla.pack";
    mod "unit_pack_compatibility_project_napoleon_v1_4.pack";

    4. step:
    save it by closing

    I try your user.script.txt.

    Don't understand... very strange.

    Screenhot of your file used... It don't come from it. I believe it comes from elsewhere. But Where ?
    Can you check files in your data folder ? (However if there's wrong, NTW can't load.)

    Anybody can help us ?

    On my user script I have put the two lines before the others mods, not at the end and without " " like this...
    mod Bart07modvanilla.pack;
    mod unit_pack_compatibility_project_napoleon_v1_4.pack;

    you have some mods I don't have in my data folder, you create a new folder inside data, you choose one mod, you put it inside, you run the game and you try with everyone of them untill you see the aditionnal units, you have certainly one of these mod uncompatible.

    Yes, Perhaps ToonAI.pack, it's a big one (321Mo for AI ?). Try if you delete it.
    I believe it's not a mod but a patch or a release file. I don't use it.

    I followed your both advice but did not help.

    1. First I tried without " "

    2. Second I tried with removing of all additional .pack files ... back to vanilla. (See attached screenshot)

    That is strange.
    Where the preferences.script is should also be the user.script

    First check again the path
    C: user/your name/Appdata/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/scripts

    Second
    some of your files may be are hidden so that you cant see them.

    My files are also hidden so I can discover them with %Appdata%. Also you can search %script% and it should show you lots of files including the user.script file.

    Third
    Just create a user.script file by your own or take the one THE HIGHLANDER just gave me. (see post below)

    here mate just put my user.script in the same folder as your preference file is in, its saved in unicode and you should be good to go, and have the mod in your data folder

    I replaced my file with yours and I dont know why ... but now I got all additional units.

    I dont get this .. my user.script content looks same like yours after I removed " " ....
