If it was up to me alone it would have been "Pergamon" or "Kingdom of Pergamon".
(and it currently is "Attalid Dynastai" btw )

Any room for a beta tester? I have 2 hours of free time each weekday and 3+ on weekends.
Great job so far. Really liked the previews.
At the moment, Beta Testing won't be too interesting, because I only have two factions on opposite sides of the map up and running. But in future, yes, I will want some testers

BY that im guessing the gauls and mauryans
Nope, Romans and Mauryans I have started the Gauls, but as they are likely to have some changes (extra skins) for VII due to VII having several Gallic/Celtic tribes represented... and I don't want to have to make changes later. So my next factions will be Carthage and the African AoRs, and the Getai, who need a bit of revision in VII, but not much, and revising the Mauryans. Though I will try to get the western part of the map working before too long, as I want to be able to run meaningful tests

Good luck with the exams
Corrections:
Basileion Ptolemaion tis Aigyptou
Basileion Seleukidon tis Persias (not completely sure)
Autonomai Poleis Hellenon
Basileion Diodotou tis Baktrianis
Don't worry about the Greek names, those are too long anyway. Zenith Darksea gave me a better set, which will also be easier to remember.

Oh, sorry. Take a look at the Mauryan thread - BoomS is helping me with the Mauryans. He is redoing the unit models, and I'll improve some of his textures where possible. He has also advised me on a new setup on the map, which is good for gameplay as well, as it lets you better Alexander and cross the Indus, with the addition of Indraprastha as a settlement
It is good to have someone knowledgeable about the Mauryans, as it gives me a good opportunity to make gameplay truly unique for them.
Apart from that, I have improved the map quite a bit, and put in units for the Iberians (AoR) and Celtiberians, Carthage, Numidia (AoR) and Italy. And the Mauryans, though they are still WIP. I have also made quite a bit of progress with reworking the buildings.
Finally, I have also made some units for RTR-VII, which will likely feature here, and some Ptolemaic and Seleucid phalangites.

I merged your thread with the proper updates thread
Here are some screenshots of BoomS's and my efforts at the Mauryans. I have to say, they are looking good

Proper Indian Longbowmen! Awesome!
Now, is there any way you can make them super-powerful, but super-slow? That way players could replicate their performance at the Hydaspes.

Hmm... I suppose there is, at that. Putting up the time between shots would do the trick, right?

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. That should indeed work.

that's a very good idea Quinn Inuit and CC, I was suggesting to CC to make them recruitable over 2 turns to make them less OP but this idea would work even better.
btw, isn't hydaspes considered an exceptionally bad performance for the longbowmen or am I confusing with the chariots ? Arrian (IIRC) says that the longbowmen anchored the bows on the ground (although I have no clear idea how this actually works) and they found it very difficult to do it in the muddy banks by the river.
coming to these specimen, the main difference in technique was that while other archers drew the strings up to their chest, Indian archers drew the string alongside their ear, this was the main reason in difference in drawstrength. I would suppose a 1.5 multiplier to time between shots as compared to other archers should do the trick.

How many arrows would such a longbowman be able to shoot?
I've put up the range to the maximum and the attack value by 2, and the time between attacks to 1.5 instead of 1. (balancing values are wip until I test them properly. Though I think I might post them.)
