Processor priority

Thought I would post this here for the TWC community is amongst the best minds I know.hoping to get some more performance out of the situation,I am attempting to allocate a higher priority of my processor to Napoleon.Now this is not an issue with other games or apps but for some reason I am told by the system that the action is prohibited,and that I must be the administrator,which of course I am.any ideas as to why it is disallowing it for Napoleon??Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

What OS? Windows 7 or Windows Vista?

Vista or 7, you have to log in as administrator. Any action after that you can right-click it and see if you have full admin rights and if you can have full admin rights.

If you can't do the above, you are talking to who owns the computer and has the admin rights.
