I wanted to say that the fllet page is not accurate. Britain is the problem. 50 gun 4-rate and 64 gun 3-rate can be owned only by britain. Also GB ships have stonger hulls and better reloding stats.
OOPS
I noticed there is a note below about GB ships.

Le FUSIL v3.0 Unit Guide for Napoleon v1.3 (Peninsular Campaign) is now available for download.
There are too many minor or major stat changes to mention here. All factions (except Sweden) have received changes.
The following is not an exhaustive list:
Notes
- All Grenadiers: (+ reload, +/- melee, +/- cost)
- Artillery: addition of one gun per unit (except fixed)
- France: Swiss Foot added; Light Infantry (- defence)
- Britain: most Infantry (- defence, - cost); some Dragoons (- morale, - cost)
- Russia: Infantry (+ melee, + charge, + defence, + cost); Dragoons changes; 20-lber Unicorn (+ cost)
- Prussia: Heavy Cavalry (+ melee, + defence, + cost)
- Ottomans: changes to light, line and melee infantry
- Spain: unit additions/changes
- Navy: no changes observed
1. Unit “Morale” in the pre-battle set up now displays correctly and is the same as that shown on the battlefield.
2. Artillery “Firepower” displayed in the pre-battle setup is for one gun within a unit. If a unit has three guns, the “Firepower” displayed on the battlefield would be three times. For example, a 6-lber Foot on “medium” unit size has three guns. The pre-battle setup will display a Firepower of 20, however, on the battlefield it will display 60 (20 x 3 guns). Le FUSIL displays the latter, the total guns and aggregate firepower on the battlefield. This same reasoning can be applied to naval units and why a ship’s firepower on the water is far higher than that shown in pre-battle setup. Naval units carry a variety of guns in different quantities. Le FUSIL displays the total guns and aggregate firepower on the water.
3. Le FUSIL pages have been reduced and now only illustrate faction pages and unit comparison pages.
Please remember that the above list is a generalization and not exhaustive. See Le FUSIL v3.0 for full details.
Thanks everyone.
Wow, brandybarrel; you're fast! More +rep to you sire, LeFusil is awesome.
Still playing Napoleon:TW
Great job...
I noticed that you also updated the new stats and costs.
I would propose to mark with 'G' the Spanish Guerila units (I think some are missing from your list)
I also noticed that you have not included the Ottomans in the comprehensive listings (last pages)
thanks a lot !

Le FUSIL illustrates unit stats, morale bonuses, and special “button” abilities on the battlefield only. As the “guerilla” function is a pre-battle and campaign feature I omitted it. I’ll consider the “g” for guerilla in the next version.
Le FUSIL now shows all units available in Custom/MP play and almost all units in campaign. There are few campaign specific units not shown in the guide because they require modding. Considering the amount of time involved in maintaining the guide, I’ve decided to pull back a little. No modding, no aggro.
Regarding the Ottoman Empire, please reference their faction page. They were displaced by Spain on the unit comparison pages because they are now a playable faction in The Peninsular Campaign. The Ottomans are MP playable only. It was a choice. At the moment, there are not enough faction units among the non-playable factions (Sweden, etc.) to warrant more pages. If more factions receive more units in the future, I’ll add additional pages.
Thank you klesh and haga5 for your feedback.
Le FUSIL v1.3 for Napoleon v1.1 is now updated and ...
I'm behind the curve here (just bought/installed yesterday); what I downloaded from the top of this thread is LeFUSILv3-0_NTW.pdf ... but you here say v1.3 ... so I have the most recent?
Hi BenTrem,
If you just downloaded the guide yesterday you have the most recent version, Le FUSIL v3.0 for Napoleon v1.3.
You can confirm this by checking the top right hand corner on each guide page, Napoleon: Total War v1.3
Isn't the 95th Rifles unit missing in your marvelous guide?
Cheers
PS-I heard that this unit is available in PC after a certain barracks level.
Hi Gonxas
There are about a dozen or so units not listed in Le FUSIL that are campaign specific and not part of a faction’s regular roster - these include for example some guerilla units particular to the Peninsular Campaign as well as the Brunswicker and 95th Rifles. I had condensed Le FUSIL and perhaps I will illustrate them in a future version. I believe the 95th Rifles’ stats are very similar to Britain’s “Rifles” unit and the most likely reason it is not part of the faction’s regular roster.
Cheers,
Hi Brandy.
Nice work as always. +1 rep to you.

P.S. Will the 10th Hussars be included any time soon, or is that a task for a later major DLC/Patch/Release.

Hi MortenJessen
Originally yes, I was postponing any guide updates for a major DLC release but due to the changes at totalwar.com and your prompt encouragement...
Le FUSIL is now updated with Great Britain's 10th Hussars.
