can someone make a mod that changes the russian flag to the one that they had in the factions preview for etw on the tw website. also is there any way to make it work with either darth mod or IS

how do you take a picture of a flag, and turn it into all of the flags needed for a etw campaign (the battle flag, the animated turn changing flag, the flag above the agents, etc.) i really need indepth directions and depending on how easy it is i could probally do it my self. if it needs any specific programs to do it (other than dbe editor) please link where to download a free easy to use version of the program needed. id really apreciate it if somone would just tell me how to do it or do it for me

The Empire total flags mod has the flag which is most accurate for the time period-I would suggest looking at that. It changes all flags but that isn't a problem.
