    AoD is based on BI+1.6, but it should also run with RTW+patch 1.5.

    Yes, even 3 or 4 rows of walls are possible - the question is: is the AI able to handle that?
    I can tell you that it's not possible concerning the AI.
    Furthermore, even the player get trouble with the siege machines if you offer more than 2 rows.

    Well, Constantinople had basically only dual-walls at the western side of the city. The sides to the north and south were protected by a normal single wall. The first smaller terrace was called parateichion - and it was a small wall to protect the moat and seperate the street. It had just a little tactical use for the defense.

    This illustrates that very good:


    And like in the historcial exemplar we offer a dual wall at the west side and a single wall at the north and south side.
    AI:
    If it can't reach the inner wall with the siege tower it will by-pass it and go to the north or south wall.

    yes you are right pomps, well over fortifying Constantinople will make any attempts from the AI to capture the city a suicide mission, and thus makes Constantinople an invincible city, and that's inaccurate Constantinople survived 3 sieges thanks to the fine tactics used and the great leadership. yes indeed the walls were a very important factor but not the main factor.

    I finally baught the Total war eras package from a friend of mine.
    I installed the full package RTW/BI/ALEX. So now i am ready to play this mod!
    TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
    Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

    IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
    Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

    Textures are GREAT. Is it possible (since the city could have epic walls from the start) to have the front line of walls a bit shorter than the 2nd?
