Adding money to other factions

Hi all, i'd like to know which code should i enter in the console in order to give other factions some money or unit to keep the game "balanced" in the campaign. I don't know the faction names so my faction codes are wrong and the cheat doesn't work.

## ____### just stands for notice
milan=rohan
sicily=gondor
spain=harad
venice=rhun
moors=dwarves
mongols=S.elves
egypt= h.elves
turks=eriador
france=isengard

scotland=dale
