can someone please link me to a post that tells me how to uninstall this mod? It has bricked my game and I am unable to get rid of the mod through reinstalling NTW.

Uninstaller in Programs File NTF works fine. Did you try what I suggested to you?

Anyway if you think that your files are damaged let Steam fix these for you. Go in steam\my games right click properties\local_files\verify integrity of game cache... Let Steam check and replace damaged file, it will take about 10-15 minutes. Do this occasionally either way...

You've answered by your self to your question. Copy all content in ...\napoleon total war\ directory and everything will go to it's place. When and if asked permit folders to be merged, none of your files will be overwritten. To check if everything is o.k. you should now have:

1. A folder in [NTW]\data\campaigns\ named NTF containing several sub-folders.

2. A folder in [NTW]\data\ named NTF containing NTF.pack and many batch files.

3. A folder in [NTW] called AutoPlay and the NTF.exe file.

Anyways I can confirm this mod, dont know about others first time trying a mod for NTW, doesnt work for cracked version as I do not own a genuine copy. I followed all your steps also changed the file type to .movie but still nothing was loaded or different, always using the NTF launcher. Once ingame clicked on coalition campaigns and flags remained the same

Does NTW get regular updates through Steam or got recently updated to a newest version? Im running v1.0.0 Build 1372.22494

For the guy who unninstalled and had sound problems after doing so, you have to either edit or delete the command line you added before in the user.script. It worked for me.

Is it just Romania playable? Have you added any other content (units, texts, etc.)? Have you played my Romania in Balkan mod?

I made a hybrid startpos (not a new mod) 'cause I'm still a rookie, and it's just Romania for now.

Got Toons all in one mod. Installed your mod first

First NTF
Then update+fix as my screen freezes otherwise.
But to make you mod work with Toon i need that "NTF_SP_A1" but when i install that i get CTD at first screen... And i havnt get Toon at that point so its not conflict there. And if i get toon mod still same problem. Any idea?

Worse of all i have to reininstall TW to get rid of this mod even if i take uninstall... If i take uninstall and then just install NTF+update i still get crashes...

It is is a little confused what you are saying. Install NTF (versions 2.0, update 2.1 and special edition). Then install Toon's mod. If game freezes you have to install the FIX at the end of first page (usual problems).

I cannot see why Special Edition causes crash, it should not. Anyway do not use it, you miss only cosmetic things, like Toon's logo in NTF and game menus, etc. You miss nothing in game play.

Download this file, extract it and copy startpos in data\campaigns\Balkan_mod\Balkan_1\. If you try it you have to play as one of Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Moldavia. Can you see also if you can revolt as Croatia, Moldavia or Serbia?
