    Do you use a startpos from NTF? If this is the case you cannot do this because they are playable only in their own mod folder (NTF). It is possible to use them for in mp_eur_napoleon only if you make the next changes:

    Replace the NTF with mp_eur_napoleon in the following 2 places in startpos:

    1. [..] CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO/

    2. [..] CAMPAIGN_ENV/CAMPAIGN_SETUP/

    Another minor bug: Crimean Khanate is still called Serbia after having used the Balkans mod, then having changed to another of the faction packs in the other mod.

    This is not a bag. Disable first Balkan mod from UI, or remove manually the Balkan packs from your game data folder. The Balkan_loc.pack conflicts with the one of the new mod.

    Can u fix general for Serbia? I cant regrut one and it says 0 turns for next one?

    Just wondering, is there Empire - Total factions? There are startpos mods of course, but playing emergent factions still seems to be a problem.

    cant get new balkan mod to work the ui version, it starts the game up but just freezes there and says its not responding.

    Emergent in ETW are not so stable as in NTW.

    You do not have the latest version of the game. Try to start it running the batch files that are in [NTW]\data\Balkan_mod\ folder. In this case you have to have already edited the user.script file.

    Ottomans cant spawn any agents in the europe campaign. This is a game breaking bug! Also there are no proper victory conditions.

    I've added older startpos.esf files. I'll fix it soon. I cannot do anything about Ottomans agents.

    ok tried that it loaded the game but without te mod, in the user script does it need the "? and would it still work if i changed it to not use the ui and load like version 1.2?

    Edit first user.script file and add the proper command line as you see it in Balkan post. It is needed in order to play the mod or else vanilla files will be loaded. There you can find also a tool to open user.script easily. Apostrophes (") are not necessary. Then run LOAD_PACK_1 (for Moldavia, Serbia, Croatia, Romania) or LOAD_PACK_2 (Hungary, Greece, Ottomans).
