How do I edit units maintence costs in NTW?

Is there a tool where I can edit the maintenance costs of units? I would also like to edit the experience table, does anyone know if the tools from ETW carry over?

One thing I do in all TW games Ive played is to double the maintainence costs of units. This dramatically improves the playability of the game...big battles actually mean something and you are no longer fighting stack after stack after stack.

I combine this the mass recruitment "mod", to get huge armies, and this makes the whole thing much more enjoyable.

I am afraid we cant do it right now, we need to get new tools in which you will be able to edit those stats. Old tools from ETW dont work in NTW.
