Why don't you use the .esf editor and edit savegames? You can do pretty much anything that you would want, including changing the amount of money, researched technologies, regions held for any faction existing

I can't get the .esf editor to work for Napoleon personally. But I'm none to bright so who knows.

I don't think you really need to cheat to play this game, easy/easy is cheating to me.

Yes yes, lots of guys puffing out their VH/VH chests in this thread, but it doesn't relate to his question easy/easy is.. well easy, but it isn't cheating. You can get the ESF editor from the Empire: Total War Mods Workshop section, in the Tools section. That works with NTW I think. I haven't tried using cheats since M:TW though, when it was a console command, so I'm not quite sure how it works now.

just go to cheat happens and get their trainers its the best and safest place to get trainers for all your games

Build up your farms and infrastructure (towns, barracks, cites, etc) and get a good economy. And get good trade routes established with lots of trade ships in the fleet.

You'll have a sound economy and good for the long run.
