No Faction Colours

In some of my battles neither me nor the enemy seem to have their factions colours. They have just plain white and black uniforms. It has only happened a few times in my Europe Campaign as France when facing Prussia. Any Ideas on how to solve this. It's very weird since it's no a regular issue, just sometimes.

I have seen another thread somewhere else about this. It is a bug I believe, you would do best to report it in the bugs thread.

On a technical note, could you post your specs please so we can digest the problem.

I am one of the other people that has this issue. I updated my graphics drivers and it did not help.
I did read that another poor sole with this issue would Alt-Tab out and back. I have been doing this and it seems to work.

They have threads at .com and keep trying to blame graphics drivers. Everyone that has seen it post in the bug thread.

It's happening across the board ATI or Nvidia. To me it's a memory leak and a CA problem until I am proven otherwise.

Yes I am having this problem also, until CA fixes it all you can do is alt+tab out of the game.

Will do but what is the website? .com brought up a lot of results .

I'd think they would have one started in the General discussion forum. You're right. .com is getting them with pictues and that makes it hard to discount.

I get this same bug
Alt Tabbing doesnt always fix it for me either. Only sure fix for me is to exit the game then restart it.
I can get 1 battle with normal textures on the units but then the second time .... they are all white or black units. Exiting and restarting the game after 1 battle in campaign mode ( just to get the correct textures to render ) makes me >.<

Well, now I have this bug too with ATI's latest drivers, never had this one before (I have an ATI Radeon HD 5770). And Alt-Tab doesn't seem to work.

I put in a ticket to Sega. I am still waiting to hear what they say. IF they ever get back to me I will post the info ( Hopefully a FIX-IT solution ).

So, does anybody have any idea about this bug? As I didn't have this bug before using the last ATI drivers, I'm quite irritated by it. Any other idea than using alt-tab, as it's not working for me, would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, guess I'll just have to go back to the previous version of the drivers maybe when i'll get too tired of this bug, then. I could also wait for a patch from CA but, come on, let's be serious here.

It's been 3 days and still nothing from SEGA support. My ticket is just rotting in internet Limbo! Shocker!

One thing I did find about the no texture on units bug. The Larger the Battle ( the more men on field )and the Higher the texture quality / video settings are set to the more often this bug happens.

I played with unit size set to small and Texture quality set to Low and never saw this issue. Only played 5 -6 battles in the campaign so it still may occure. I just could not stand it because the units LOD sucked and looked crappy.
