Sadly the editor to do this is not created, in Empire i used to do it with db/unit_tables and edit the allowed units that can be recruited, now in napoleon for the moment you cannot open this tables until the release of a tool for it similar to DBeditor.Originally Posted by Radious

Ye i thought so, we need new tools for modding this game properly. Hope those guys will release it soon.
