hehe indeed. What I have seen WoW get credit for:
1. Being the first MMO(false)
2. Inventor of the trinity(false)
3. Combat and stats(false)
4. ! over NPCs with quests(false)

WoW had the luck of already a fanbase before being released due to the fact that the Warcraft series is ancient. Other then that, it's like any other MMO. It's just different because everyone plays it and think, WoW is awesome even though EQ and DAoC came before it and probably did it better.

Leaving out the first marauder version, those armor suits look absolutely ridiculous. It has a distinct "Robocop does Halloween" vibe

The armor looks quite silly.
But atleast the animations looks pretty good and glad to see the melee combat from KOTOR still in.

I really hope armor customisation will be included. Its desperatly needed if they throw in garbage like that.

Not at launch it won't.
Atleast not outfit slots.
But Rift didn't have that at launch either and now that will be added in the upcoming patch so if the demand is high enough, Bioware will no doubt add it in.

That is a full suit of Composite Armor with on-board life support. And it doesn't affect his force powers at all. The only reason that KOTOR had the limits it did due to armor is because it was based on d20 D&D rules, which was a dumb move IMO. That doesn't define the lore. You all need to learn your lore before you bash what Bioware is doing now. It is pitch perfect as far as I see."

I'm fairly iffy on this one. I dislike the way they are going with the PvP, would have preferred something more like City of Heros with zones, or in this case worlds to fight in. Not instance battles, but thats just my preference.

Is there any real details on what stories you will play through with your classes that I can look up? Because that is the make or break for me I think. Otherwise it looks like a run of the mill MMO.

Still in the guild yes, It's been a little slow with people having examns and such but things are starting to pick up again slowly.

But we have some great roleplaying going on at the forums. At the moment we are about to enter a ghost ship with about five jedi.

It's cool, I haven't played WoW since last year, but I get a chance to basically have the same PvP battlefield combat. So exciting and original!
