    Default Factions that can be liberated.

    An awesome feature introduced in NTW is liberation of nations. So what nations can we liberate from the oppressive yoke?

    I've encountered so far:

    Romania from Ottoman Empire
    Greece from Ottoman Empire

    Bretagne from France

    Catalonia from Spain.

    What are the rest?

    I haven't released any nation, but I always read what you can do with that region:
    Cleves from Prussia
    Poland from Prussia
    One guy on yuku said he liberated Crimea!

    And Saxony and Batavian Republic are starting factions!

    I've liberated Hungary and I've seen Rumania appear as well.

    I once managed to get Courland to be my protectorate in a Russian campaign in ETW and they still attacked me. Courland hates everyone!

    as well as any major power when you killed off their last province. the good thing is that the freed provinces are being counted as yours on the objective screen, so you can just make everything a puppet state
