Regarding Multi-player Questions

Ok so here goes: I live in Iceland which is in europe but whenever i try connecting to a game my european friends host, it says somthing like: No response from host. Buuuut whenever i connect to a game my American friends host its fine now can anyone tell me what in GODS NAME IS THIS I LIVE IN EUROPE AND CANT PLAY IN EUROPE WHAT THE HELL...................

I use to play the game on Ultra Settings, and just to play a MP battle i had to lower them all to low because if i played the MP batlle on Ultra it would lag really much, after i played the MP battle I reseted my Settings on ultra as they were before the MP battle and i tried playing a Single Player Land Battle and I had 5 fps(average), so it's like this Before MP land battle Ultra settings 50 Fps(average), after MP Land battle 5 FPS(Average) PLEASEEE HELP THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!(The name of the MP battle was GRAPHICS LOW OR DON'T JOIN!!!!)

Hi!

A few days ago, my friend and me we start a online campaign in Europe and there was any problem (with me as host). But 3 days ago he had to format his computer. So today we connect us to steam to continue the campaign, and after i push "continue as host" and I was inside the room waiting for him, he enters and inmediately he disconnects each time I invited him. What we can do to solve this problem?! Lot of thanks beforehand!

I have both but i never play my Xbox because you have to pay 20 dollars just so you can play online for 3 months.
