hi, i was trying to add some Dismounted Norman Cavalry (Miles Pedites) to england in Late era campaign, but i keep getting ctd when i start a new campaign...That was what i edited in the descr_strat :

unit Dismounted Norman Cavalry exp 2 armour 0 weapon_lvl 0

i think it must be possible cause in a previous campaign i received 2 units of miles pedites after a sucessfull mission and if i use the cheat creat_unit it also works...so if someone can please tell what i'm doing wrong

After installation of this patch I have reinstalled y2day's Eye Candy mod in order to restore default UI look but that didn't work for ERE. How can I restore default UI for ERE?

I don't know if W7 is like Vista, but turn off UAC. If you extracted the contents of the folder to M2-TW folder it should be there.

Keep in mind that ALL of your main installations on Win 7 64-bit do NOT go to Program Files, but to Program Files (x86). You have both, so make sure you look in your x86 one too.

Playing the early campaign

Why don't you be patient and PB will, eventually, post the change log.

If you feel you might not want something from the new stuff, just don't install it. As simple as that...

His problem is, he doesn't know what the new stuff is. And uninstalling would take quite some time.

One year per turn for early campaign! I'm like a puppy with two tails I'm that excited! When I read, "not save game compatible" I thought, "ah well, I'll wait until I finish my current campaign" but then I saw "one year per turn", and I nearly fell off my seat! Thanks PB!

NOTE: There still seems to be instability issues with Early Era campaign scripted sieges. I will re-write hopefully today so that they are 100% based around set dates rather than events, it should fix the problem, but the sieges won't have quite the same fidelity.
