[REQ] Move unit cards up by 30 pixels for windowed viewing

If run in fullscreen mode, NTW is beautiful, but frustrating while in loading screens.

If run in windowed mode, you cannot see how many men are in a unit because the entire window is shifted down out of your viewing area.

I would like to request that somebody create a mod that in some way rectifies this problem, so that one can still easily alt tab out of NTW while the game is loading, but one can also see how many men are in a unit during a battle.

Use a program called ShiftWindow to move the frame of the window to the borders of your monitor.

Either that or try to drag the window of Napoleon to the very top; it's pretty negligible at that point.
