but will he be playable in The last Kingdom?

just like william wallace for Scotland in Kingdoms

in 1002 Brian Boru sould pop-up for the Kingdom of munster?

Brian boru was indeed a great person, he is one of my reasons to play as Munster

It would be a great feature in the game if there was an event that announced the crowning of Brian Boru, and made him arrive with a great army in munsters capital. That would be something to look forward to in the game when playing as Munster, or a great threat if playing as Connacht

That would make it more interesting to play with Munster. And it would certainly make it a priority for its enemies to destroy Munster before the year of the event.

He was an earl of Northumbria, so wouldn't it be nice to make him a hero for that faction, eh?

By the way, his real name was Uchtred of Bamburgh.

yes but he does spend alot of time fighting for wessex/mercia and the danes.... but i agree that his final place was northumbria, because thats where his heart always was. he could even have ancillarys for Serpent-Breath and wasp-sting! too bad we couldnt inculde somehow his oathmen..
