In my opinion we shouldn't have death penalties. Putting people in jails is certainly better punishment. One will have to think about what he's/she's done.
Fortunately here in Europe, at least most countries, we don't have this kind of penalties.

I believe people are not inherently evil, but they have been under certain circumstances and conditioning throughout their life to turn them into what is essentially known as evil.

I believe the reason for one person to murder another is largely due to our society's fixation with violence as an answer. Only when we turn away from the idea that one person can dominate another completely through violence will we see murder rates drop.

Whats so bad about the argument that the death penalty is wrong, plain and simple.
There are so many arguments against the death penalty, the ones so far seem kinda weak!
