Here are the Batallion Valaisan. I have them as a single line infantry unit, avaialable to France.

According to Prince of Essling's resourceful thread:

"Bataillon Valisan – on 8 October 1805 a 5 company battalion was raised by the Swiss canton Valais which broke away from Switzerland in 1802. Valais was incorporated into the French Empire on 12 September 1810. As a result the battalion was disbanded and incorporated into 11th Light on 16 September 1811"

that looks truly beautiful =) now that we have that model editor if only there was a Campaign editor then ntw modding would be close to perfect.

I'd love to get my hands on the ACW game shown above - I feel some great images will be possible. The image of the men at the fenceline is excellent!

In the meantime, the glint of cold steel and snow:

We'll be seeing a similar quality with the next ETW Blue and Grey update I hope?

I don't think so. The engine is quite different and the units looks much nicer in NTW.
We are using the new uniform system of NTW, which allows way more variation. Like CSA regiments with 20 different units!
In ETW, just 2 variations for a unit are possible.

For me, the drama is there in the movie, without the need for thousands of troops. Don't get me wrong though, I play with 40 units - I'm just saying you don't have to to get interesting pictures and videos... and you get no lag.

For those who have already seen this, then ignore it.

You know, it is my fav video from you Guru!

I see, but are you going to try to put some of the models together for an ETW-style one, add Enfield and other rifles and wooden fences etc?
