after years of waiting for the thing to download i finally install it and all the updates but when on something like the grand campaign it starts then goes to the beginning loading screen then crashes. idk wat wrong i installed it to the right file, i think. please help should i just reinstall it

Have you also installed the hotfix on front page?

i sorry iam not sure wat you mean i did in stall the hotfix updated the only updated i did not in stall is the newer one 8.something. wat you mean about front page

If you have the game correctly installed, you will also need this hotfix. Use hip63 version: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=331150
