North Hastlings Crash - Anyone else?

Not sure if I'm supposed to post here but anyway...

I've noticed a consistent crash when capturing North Hastlings. I'm playing as Tzeentch and fighting Khorne who have it occupied. Everytime I take it (8 times now) and the game goes back to the Strat map it crashes when the 'take settlement thing is supposed to come up (after the prisoner screen.

Other things:
Faction leader and Heir killed in the battle (don't think its all of their bloodline)
1 army in the keep and 2 reinforcing

Has anyone else noticed this? - its incredibly annoying!

my game always ctds when fighting a battle where both a garnison and reinforcements are involved, does it happen only for this settlement for you?

Yes its only happened with this city so far - I'm only on turn no. 8!
