Melita/Malta

I heard that one your mod you can play with the Island of Melita/Malta? Is it true please? And which vesion of your mod as you havedifferent once so I ll download it asap?!

Malta is on the map in rtr 6 gold/rtrpe, but it`s not a playable factions. It`s a starting region/settlement of the carthaginians.

Melita is a mini-region in RTR7 FOE as well.

It starts owned by Carthage.

anyone know how to add this island to vanilla rome total war 1.5? I have added Corsica in the game but i have a problem with malta. I need to create more land to place a settlement and port on it. How do I add land to the map.regions ground type heights tga's in order to make this work. the coordinates on regions i think for malta were 102 117, so that tells me the position on height map for malta is 204 234? However after using these coordinates still can't get it to work. I've seen other people online trying to add malta to the map but all unsuccessful. RTR has malta, but i'm trying to add it to my vanilla map. How do I do this? I have been able to land units on malta (editing groundtype tga) now, but I can't add any land to this area to make it usable for a settlement for carthage. Anyone know how to add land to an existing region?
