Sometime after release, according to CA. They want to ensure resources are focused on polishing the game, and not making the demo.

If they are not going to release a demo before the game is released its pointless to release a demo. Its such a waste of resources that could be used on the patching process or new content.

It's not entirely pointless. A lot of people may hear about a game quite a while after a release, and think, "that sounds interesting. I'll try out the demo" and then do so. Many people like to try out a game and see if it works with their computer before buying it. Admittedly, a demo before release would be better, but that doesn't mean it's pointless to make a demo afterwards.

demos sucka any way its going to be like 2 scripted battles so what the point
if your going to try to see how the ai is you wont because its scripted
