Ok, I tried to refine my Hexagon awards WIP.
Currently there are enough 'ranks' for 45 months of service in each branch, altough could add 9 months more to that.

Just noticed that I did this a bit wrong, there shouldn't be a bronze 'rank' there instead it should add to the silver to become a gold 'rank', but atleast it shows the bronze 'rank'.

Everything isn't straight and so, but this is a WIP and I could do it better

I think these are simple enough to work if you can come up with decent images for the other branches. I would also suggest that you use different background colors for Hex and Content.

Okay, a further request: could I have four more badges for combinations of the branches? I.e., content + technical; content + moderation; technical + moderation; content + technical + moderation. Some type of simple modification of the existing ones would be fine. Thanks a lot.
