I decided to make a roster thread instead of putting it in my encyclopedia. I hope that this way it will be more orderly and easier to read.
The rosters are not free to be used for now. The work is very comprehensive and time consuming as you can see. That is why I want to wait for our skinning and modelling team to make them before others use it. You may let it inspire you for your own mod in for example the names of the units or their global use of armour, that's not a problem. But otherwise please ask permission first before using any of this stuff.

There are often upgrades of a type, and that can give problems in a game. I see this as the base unit 1300 can be recruited from 1300 to 1350. Between 1350-1375 the unit can still be retrained and after 1375 this form isn't available anymore. That is consistant with the large change in weapons and armor that took place in the period. Units with old armour and weapons became obsolete in later warfare. It is unfortune that a unit cannot be retrained in the same unit with the upgrade and will lose it's experience, but as the AI cannot retrain at all, this is not an unfair effect.
Some units will have 3 or even 4 upgrades when they had always state of the art armour (like the royal guards) while others will have only one upgrade or not even that (the peasant levy). Each form will know 1-3 forms, that are dependent on the armoury in the settlement. When a leather tanner is built, units can have boiled leather plate protection and the cost of units will go down, while a armoury will enable units to have plate armour and far cheaper than the armour would have cost when the unit was outfitted with armour that was bought from merchants.
