I'm decent at HTML but probably not as good as you'd need. I don't exactly know what you're doing so...

Wouldnt it be easier to use a higher level language then you the CGI for the wbpage? like java server pages. PHP would take a long time....

Yes Byond is really easy, but requires players to install the byond engine to play the game which may complicate things. Its really easy though.

You mention coding. Could you be more specific as to your needs? Perhaps I can help.

Also, you don't mention program scripting. Or do you have that covered or are you building on existing programs?
