Please help

I've installed the last version, but the movement of my armies is quite toned down. Is so meant to be? I've tried to fight some rebels, but was never able to catch them. Their movement rate is so greater than mine.

Sorry, but one more question.

RC/RR seems to call the green arrow markers back - it's very annoying. Every time I disable the markers in the preference file in TW folder and restart the game - they're always back.
How could I fix it?

Do the same thing in the SS config file too (in M2TW\mods\Stainless_Steel_6)

These are the artificial green markers that appear at the bottom of a selected unit on the battle screen. Actually these are not arrow shaped, but ellipse or something.
